Bill Shaw

Bill started the company back in 1982 as a small sealcoating operation with the mind of being an absentee owner.  As the business grew, Bill left his job as Vice President of Kentucky Mortgage Company to run the company full time.  Bill is currently responsible for overseeing the general operation of APM

Peter has been with the company since 1998.  Currently his duties include overseeing APM's sales, estimating, and marketing efforts, as well as sharing in the operational duties of scheduling and production management.  Peter has an M.S. in Biology from Marshall University ('94) and spent several years as a Biologist for a local environmental consulting firm prior to joining APM.

Traci is Bill's daughter and has grown up around the business.  Traci oversees accounting at APM. of our company.

Our crews are staffed with hard working, knowledgeable professionals who take pride in their work. In addition, our crew members attend annual workshops and classes conducted by the National Pavement Expo which help keep them up to date on all of the latest tools and techniques in the world of pavement.
